Francine CHASSOUX


Dr Francine Chassoux is a neurologist who heads the Epilepsy Unit at Sainte-Anne Hospital in Paris, France. Graduated from the University of Paris Descartes, she had her neurological training at the Pitié-Salpêtrière in Paris and specialized in epileptology with Jean Bancaud and Jean Talairach, focusing on pre-operative evaluation of patients with drug-resistant partial epilepsy. Her main research topics are related to focal cortical dysplasias and correlations between SEEG and functional imaging (especially PET).
